I can't answer the part about the Badger models (not liking badger airbrushes at all)...but Coast could. See toll free number on web site listed below...or e-mail em.
As for paint, that I can help you with...
Dixie and Coast both stock Createx, but you would have to work out with them what sort of discount/wholesale pricing. They have the best prices I've found for retail, so it would stand to reason that their wholesale pricing would be good also. (by the way, badger makes the whitest white available...heavily pigmented...great stuff)
