If those designs were airbrushed, they were done by a nail technician who is not only skilled at nail application, but is a true artist as well. As a licensed nail tech...im gonna have to say that they are either nail stickers...or pictures of money that were cut up and then glued on and painted over with clear coat...
I've never seen something like that airbrushed however I suppose its possible..but more than likely its a picture or a sticker.
